About the speaker: 
Kristi Carbajal joined Adams & Martin Group in August 2005 and currently serves as Vice President. In this role, she is responsible for project and temporary staffing, direct hire business growth, hiring and training new employees, and developing large national accounts. During her tenure with our organization, Kristy has held several roles including recruitment, sales, branch management and her current national management role. She specializes in placing quality legal staff for many of the nation’s top firms and corporate legal departments. Prior to joining Adams & Martin Group, Kristy served as a recruiter for the UCLA and as a paralegal for a law firm in San Diego. Kristy holds a bachelor’s degree from UCLA.  She is local to San Diego having grown up here and currently resides in 4S Ranch with her husband and two daughters.
